Caucus Bylaws, Rule 102, states that Caucus Council Meetings - except for candidate interviews and meetings where sensitive personal information is discussed - are open to the public "for observation, but not participation."

The Caucus Council welcomes all interested residents, and will make every effort to publicize its meetings as soon as the agenda is known, along with the minutes when available.
