Executive meetings will be held on the second Thursday of each month beginning in June, from 8-9 pm (subject to change). Caucus Bylaws, Rule 102, states that Caucus Council Meetings - except for candidate interviews and meetings where sensitive personal information is discussed - are open to the public "for observation, but not participation."​
