Given the restrictions on public gatherings due to the pandemic, the meeting on the 12th will be a virtual meeting held on Zoom

The virtual nature of the meeting requires several modifications to how you can access the meeting and how the meeting will be run. Please take careful note of these points.

Since only residents are able to ask questions of the Village boards at the meeting we will have to check participants in at the start of the meeting
To make this process as quick and efficient as possible we are requiring anyone wishing to attend the meeting on the 12h to pre-register with their name, email and home address no less than 24 hours before the meeting.
Pre-registration will enable us to quickly bring people into the meeting that evening and ensure that only residents are voting.
If there is more than one adult in a household they each must register separately.
Registration for the meeting can be done on the Winnetka Caucus website (https://www.winnetkacaucus.org)
Please note that to participate in the meeting you will need to (A) have the Zoom application on your computer or mobile device. If you do not have the Zoom application on your computer or mobile device you can obtain it, free of charge, either through the Zoom website (https://zoom.us) or through the Apple or Google app store (B) participate from your computer or mobile device using the Zoom application.
Once you have registered you will receive the information on how to access the Town Hall meeting no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
