Board Member Evaluation

The Board Member Evaluation Form is an objective method for evaluating Village Council members.  This is one of the ways the Caucus Council is able to measure the performance of the trustees that are up for re-election.  The form has been used by Selection Committee members attending Village Council meetings on a random basis.  The results then became input in the final candidate selection.

This form has also been used for evaluating members of the other local boards, committees, and commissions. Also the possibility of self-assessment by the individual board member should be considered.

The Caucus Council aims to keep the candidate selection process transparent; therefore, this form has been made available to all village residents.
