I suggest the 2012 Caucus Council go back to the surveys from prior years and reissue a few questions to see if the meter has moved on the controversial topics of of the day. For example: Animal Control - did it get worse or better?

I think a handful of repeat questions would spark more interest in the survey and remind village management that the Caucus occaisionally follows up on its platforms.
