2011 Platform

The 2011 Winnetka Caucus Council is pleased to present the 2011 Caucus Platform – click here to see the document ». This is the culmination of countless hours of volunteer work by your neighbors on the Caucus Council.  They created the questions for the Caucus Survey, analyzed the responses and collaborated to create the community-driven planks.

On November 21, 2011, at the Annual Town Meeting, Winnetka residents considered, discussed, made a minor amendment to the Parks’ Planks and then approved the 2011 Platform.  The 2011 Platform now serves a policy guideline for the work of each of the Village Boards.
